At WANDO, we aim to keep things flexible and fair. We understand that plans change, so here’s how our refund policy works:
🗓️ Cancellation & Refunds
Daily Bookings (Hot Desk or Dedicated Desk)

Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the booking start time.

50% refund if cancelled within 12–24 hours of the booking.

No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking.
Monthly Memberships

Full refund if cancelled before the start date.

Prorated refund if cancelled within the first 7 days of the membership.

No refund after 7 days of active usage.

⚠️ Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted for:

Violations of our space usage policies

Promotional or discounted plans (unless stated otherwise)
