Refund Policy

At WANDO, we aim to keep things flexible and fair. We understand that plans change, so here’s how our refund policy works:

🗓️ Cancellation & Refunds

Daily Bookings (Hot Desk or Dedicated Desk)

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the booking start time.

  • 50% refund if cancelled within 12–24 hours of the booking.

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking.

Monthly Memberships

  • Full refund if cancelled before the start date.

  • Prorated refund if cancelled within the first 7 days of the membership.

  • No refund after 7 days of active usage.

  • Include your booking ID, name, and reason for cancellation.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

⚠️ Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted for:

  • No-shows or unused bookings

  • Violations of our space usage policies

  • Promotional or discounted plans (unless stated otherwise)

🔄 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised date.
